Booking policies

A booking on this site is a request that becomes a confirmed reservation when a person from Locajour Immobilier confirms it — on WhatsApp or by phone, usually within 10 minutes during business hours.

While you fill in your details the nights are held for you, so nobody else can take them in the meantime. You receive a reference and a private stay page with the apartment, the dates and the total.

Nothing is charged on this site and no card is asked for. You pay at check-in, in MAD. The price shown for your stay is the price you pay: there are no platform fees on top.

Plans change. Tell us as early as you can on WhatsApp and we sort it out together — a date change is usually simpler than a cancellation. Since nothing is paid online, there is nothing to refund for a booking that is cancelled before check-in.

Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Tell us and we do our best.

A valid ID card or passport for each adult guest is required at check-in, as for any stay in Morocco. The exact address and the entrance instructions come with your confirmation.

The house rules of each apartment are shared with your confirmation.
